Definition of the objectives of Success - What is your plan?

Take a sheet of paper and write what you think you're worth on an annual basis - your goal, your dream. (Do no constraints, the sky is the limit, if everything works the way you want - what do you think you are worth. Go and do it. Learn not continue until you have written a series.

Now, under that number, write what they currently earn. I have bad news for you. The second issue noted - is that worth. Hateit? You should hate that! Not enough that you have a goal. You also need a plan to achieve this. You know what it takes to get there. You need to know which activities and changes to your site are needed to achieve your goal. Then you must be willing to engage in these activities.

There are countless people who have attended a goal setting seminar or read a book on objective criteria and somewhere along the way it was taught them, because if you are writingNow your goals and put them in a drawer, they are all somehow "forces of the universe" together to make it happen for you. I will not try to dispute the validity of this philosophy, but should be fairly obvious that if a concrete plan to get to reach your goal, it is more likely to happen before it Happen and if you do not have a plan.

That's the point: you are worth what you think it's worth, if you have the objective of a plan to achieve and you are ready toTo undertake the plan. If the goal but no plan, you apply what you deserve. If you know where to go, but I do not know the slightest idea how to get there, you're as good as gitgo stopped. This income was such an easy to use, but I understand that this is true for each of your goals - if it is your marital relationship, your teenage children, working in community or your spiritual path is possible. You must have a clear, concrete, clear, measurable objectives, but that in andalone is not enough. You must determine where you are now in relation to your target and what is required of you to join him. Wanting to change is not enough. You also need a grip on what came specially to change.

To create an effective plan to achieve a goal requires four things:

1) Know exactly where you want to go where you land, and what it's like when you look into it. (How do you measure"Success.")

2) know where you stand in relation to the goal.

3 to know) what to do and how we are.

4) Be willing to commit to you.

Many people tend to skip number two because it can be considered inconvenient, as we fall behind the net. But we think this way: Suppose you are going on a trip, you can know exactly where you want to go and you can have the best and most accurate map in the world, but if you do not know where you are on the card, the card is useless! On the other hand, if no card or a bad card (# 3 above) returns to reduce the likelihood of "success" who want to go where ever you.

So what makes an effective plan look like?
